Acknowledgement
I understand and acknowledge that Rochester Home Network, (hereinafter "RHN") is a referral based service and will refer contractors and professionals who have been screened, consistent with RHN’s screening process, to be considered by me to accomplish a job that I described in an online, in-person or over the phone Work Request to a representative of RHN. All arrangements made, or contracts negotiated, are strictly between me and the contractor and/or professional. I understand that the contractors/professionals referred to me are independent of RHN. RHN has not made any representation to me as to the work to be performed or the nature or quality of the work anticipated to be accomplished. I agree to satisfy myself that the contractor/professional meets the standards of work I require. I hereby hold RHN harmless from any defect in workmanship, default, damage, injury or any and all other expense(s) arising out of the work performed by a contractor/professional referred by RHN and hired by me.
I also acknowledge that I am at least 21 years of age and am legally able to enter into a written and or verbal contract.
