Locally owned and operated, Rochester Home Network was founded to assist both home owners and contractors in making the right connection.  Owner, Tina Servis, states that "with time being our most valued asset, it's essential that we don't waste time calling and scheduling appointments in the hopes that a contractor shows up and provides us with a quote".  On the other side, contractors are busy people too.  It's essential that they find the right job for their profession, time wasted on looking and generating leads that may or may not be in their area of interest.   

Our Process

Rochester Home Network screens the homeowner for their project requirements and matches them with our network of professionals carefully considering, budgets, time lines, project specifications and location. 

Step by Step:

• Homeowner contacts Rochester Home Network via phone 585-359-4834, by completing Work Request form, or by e-mail at info@rochesterhomenetwork.com. 
• We select and make contact with the appropriate contractor in our network
• The contractor contacts you to schedule a time to meet
• Contractor meets with  you reviewing your job requirements
• Contractor submits bid or proposal
• You select the contractor
• Work is performed
• Follow up is conducted/feedback gathered
